The Park's boards and markings
Marking of natural riches is stipulated by the Regulations on the marking of protected areas with natural riches.
The manner of the Parks' marking is based on the following types of signs: • Demarcation signs
• Direction signs
• Information signs
• Warning signs (pictograms)
DEMARCATION SIGNS
Demarcation signs are those, with which protected areas, their boundaries and natural riches are marked. They include information on the TYPE of protected areas and the NAME of protected natural riches.
DIRECTION SIGNS
Direction signs are those, by which the visitors are advised on DIRECTIONS TO protected areas or stipulate compulsory DIRECTIONS WITHIN protected areas.
INFORMATION SIGNS
Information signs are put up particularly at the ENTRANCE POINTS (parking places, gates, entrance ticket boxes …) or at various STARTING-POINTS for visitors (e.g. to scenic viewpoints, beginning of paths, resting places).
WARNING SIGNS
Warning signs WARN, PROHIBIT, MARK or ADVISE the visitors on certain conduct, prohibitions, phenomena or circumstances that have to be taken in consideration in the Park. They can also be used for DEMARCATION OF BOUNDARIES of a protected area.
