Where we are

With an area of approximately 700 hectares, the Sečovlje Salina Nature Park (KPSS) is located in the extreme south-western part of Slovenia, right on the border with Croatia, in the southern part of the municipality of Piran. The northern part of the Park, where active salt production is still taking place, is called Lera. It is separated from the southern part of the Park, called Fontanigge, by the Drnica stream bed.
