BLUISH-LEAVED WORMWOOD
This plant is a halophyte of more or less dry ground. It is common everywhere on the Slovene coast, especially in the company of the Narrowleaf Sea Lavender at the Sečovlje salt-pans.
It can also be found together with Sea Purslane, although the two plants are at times not easily distinguished from each other. The Bluish-leaved Wormwood, however, quickly gives itself away by the scent of its leaf crumbled between someone's fingers.
