Love Istria

In Milan, we also presented our park at a special gastronomic event. Thank you to the Portorož Tourist Board for inviting us.

Yesterday, at the prestigious Identità Golose restaurant in the centre of Milan, the word went out about Love Istria, its wealth of experiences, events and culinary treasures. In partnership with Feel Slovenia, we hosted 34 representatives of top Italian media. The event was co-created by Mag. Patricija Gržinič (Director of the Portorož Tourist Board), Helena Brec Loredan (Director of the Koper Youth, Culture and Tourism Institute), Dean Kocjančič (Director of the Izola Tourist Board) and Aljoša Ota (Head of the WTO Representation in Milan), who presented the stories and novelties of Slovenian Istria.

Special emphasis was placed on Istrian cuisine, which was presented by Polona Černetič Piranske Soline, Sečovlje Saline Landscape Park, Mojca Bordon Bordon Wines and Miran Adamič Ronkaldo Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Ronkaldo). This was followed by a delicious lunch prepared by Chef Dušan Brkić from Gostilna Sonja and a selection of wines from Slovenian Istria, followed by a delicious lunch prepared by Chef Dušan Brkić from Gostilna Sonja.
