SEA ASTER
Aster tripolium 
Sea Aster is the so-called halophylic-hygrophilic species. Although common along the coast, it does not form larger stands.
It is a characteristic brackish reed-bed species and can be found on larger as well as smaller salt-pan levees. It may be interesting that individual plants blossom even during the winter.
