Vulpes vulpes 
It is said that poets have attributed all human infamous weaknesses and character defects to this cunning red-haired animal.
In fables and among the people it is considered a master of tricks and cunningness. The area of the Park is inhabited by few individuals that have adapted to preying on eggs and chicks of the birds breeding there, which is why they are not particularly respected by the Park's nature conservationists.
