LIFE workshop in the Public Preschool Morje

Today we carried out the first workshop for preschool children in the Public Preschool Morje in Lucija. After the presentation of species and habitats that are protected through the LIFE project children created their own paper-made Black-winged Stilt. Through the workshop activities children realized the importance of preserving wetland habitats for various flora and fauna species and their role in providing water for humans.

New issue of the council's periodical ''Solni cvet'' (the Flower of salt) and the third LIFE poster is out!

Info point CLIMAPARKS in Visitor Centre MMC

Within the framework of the project CLIMAPARKS we set up in Visitor Centre MMC at Lera the "Info Point" where visitors can read all about the project and climate change.
